Outstanding course and presenter. 

She is great and exemplifies kindness and approach in customer service! I think her coaching tactics are a welcomed softness needed these days in a hard nose business at times. Love that she encourages team no exclusions and not ownership of people to degrade as staff.

Quite the background that got speaker to her niche in speaking. She had good points overall, but some felt a bit basic at clinical level. 

This was my favorite course combining the morning and afternoon. Lisa was amazing and made the learning enjoyable. Her stories were relevant to the topic at hand and gave a different light on communication both with team members and patients (and every day life). I have already told other people about her course, and would love to see more of Lisa. 

EXCELLENT SPEAKER!!! Bring her back next year please.
