Joanne will cover four key areas of a dental practice: getting new, greeting, treating, and billing patients. Internal controls and building a strong team are also covered.

On a personal level, Joanne will discuss family finances, personal budgeting, retirement and estate planning, college funding, long-term care planning, and building good family memories.
