Colleen Wienhoff has been in the Drug testing business since 1988. She established her Idaho company Wienhoff Drug Testing, which was the first Nationally Accredited Drug Program Administrator, then purchased Bio-Med Testing Services of Salem in 2007. Her combined companies provide drug and alcohol programs and related services to over 6500 employers, municipalities, state agencies, and trade organizations throughout the United States.

Colleen is a nationally recognized expert in the administration of Drug and Alcohol Programs. She is actively involved with the Drug & Alcohol Testing Industry Association, and serves on Executive Board of Substance Abuse Program Administration Association, as Secretary. She holds several Master Trainer credentials as well as serving as an expert witness for the Criminal Justice System.
