"They Told You What??"
I continually hear very interesting stories from patients regarding their dental experiences. Whether these “stories” are true or not, patients are prompted to file a formal complaint, sometimes based on misunderstandings and half-truths. Understand your role in helping to avoid litigation, and/or discipline by the Oregon Board of Dentistry and steps that can be taken when that fails.
