The law, when it comes to Mandatory Annual Training on the 13 elements of OSHA, is required to be taught by qualified individuals that can answer questions on site. The June Study Club, with guest presenter Shelly Mellor of the Healthcare Compliance Association, will cover what you need to know to protect your staff (fines) and patients (PHI breaches) in the office. There will also be discussions on the 5 most fined discrepancies in a dental office and significant changes to the Notice of Privacy Practices that can affect your office financially.
