Oregon Dental Executives‘ Association is a professional organization for dental administrative staff. ODEA promotes excellence in the dental office through advancement of professionalism, continuing education venues, monthly study clubs, networking opportunities, and is the "go to" for resources.

WHO WILL ATTEND?  Fall Forum attendees consist of dentists and their staff. We expect 100-150 attendees at this year’s event!

OPPORTUNITY:  ODEA’s 2017 Fall Forum theme, Above and Beyond, will allow attendees to discover how knowing and embracing their passion, and the passion of their team members will make their office more productive and more profitable, allowing them to go above and beyond in dental industry.  The 2017 Fall Forum will feature renowned speaker and passion expert, Gary Zelesky. Attendees will be given an incentive to visit each exhibitor booth, which will increase visits to all exhibitors. Those who visit all exhibitors will be entered to win a door prize at the end of the day.

Set-up: 6:00 AM

Exhibit Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tear Down: 5:30 PM

Times are subject to change, finalized times will be provided in confirmation letter.

BOOTH DETAILS:  Each space will include a 6’ skirted table. Meals are provided for one person.  Additional booth personnel must be registered at the additional per person fee, which includes continental breakfast, lunch and snacks. Only one supplier per exhibit space - all name badges must list the same company name. Exhibitor registrations also include access to educational offerings. As an additional advertising opportunity, you may bring door prizes for drawings to be held at the end of the day.  Those who donate a door prize will have an opportunity to introduce themselves and give the prize away at the front of the room.
