Car accidents, sudden death, random traumatic moments happen. The number one factor in a person bouncing back after experiencing a crisis is the emotional support they receive within the first few hours.
The more prepared we are to support others (and them support us) the stronger we are as families, work teams, and communities.
Come learn and get hands-on experience providing the 5 Steps to Emotional First Aid that can make a real difference.

Non-member guests registering for their first Study Club may attend at no charge.
Study Clubs are reserved for dental front office staff only.
A light dinner will be served.
